Skills and experience:
Advanced to excellent level of English
Attention to details and analytical skills
Able to meet deadlines
Ability to lead conversation over the phone, answer questions, solve objections and address everything in a professional manner
Customer orientated and desire to see things through to the end
Good communication and interaction skills
Ability to develop and nurture new skills and be open to feedback
Beneficial but not mandatory:
Experience in a customer support position
Provide program support to enrolled clients by completing regular and routine follow up
Receives client requests by telephone, e-mail
Resolves customer queries and concerns
The salary for this role is above the industry average that is offered for similar positions in Cluj and you are eligible to an incentive plan each month based on performance.
