A global leader in automotive safety technology is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join their international HR team. The company combines decades of innovation with a modern, agile approach, operating across multiple countries and driving meaningful impact in road safety worldwide.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys autonomy, cross‑border collaboration, and end‑to‑end ownership of recruitment and onboarding processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: prescreening, manager interviews, selection, and offer management.

  • Work with MyHRSuite (SAP SuccessFactors) for recruitment, reporting, and learning workflows.

  • Build strong, long‑term partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders.

  • Ensure high‑quality candidate experience and apply best‑practice selection methods.

  • Deliver results aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives.

  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities with local HR teams across multiple countries.

  • Support the rollout and adoption of new onboarding standards and processes.

  • Align and harmonize onboarding documentation, checklists, and workflows.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and IT to resolve onboarding challenges.

  • Contribute to improving onboarding tools, templates, and systems.

Your Profile

  • University degree or equivalent.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in HR.

  • Strong English proficiency.

  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and workflows.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creativity, initiative, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work effectively in virtual teams.

  • Ability to learn quickly, manage pressure, and apply analytical thinking.
