Junior Help Desk Analyst

Job Description

The candidate will manage the Romanian production site systems and will collaborate with the rest of the global IT Team on projects for companies of the Elemaster group. He/She will focus on the Endpoint monitoring and management and will put in place changes required satisfy production needs and to maximize the output. He/She will become part of a young, multicultural and skilled team where we welcome new ideas and skillsets. We prefer quality over quantity and try to implement long-term solutions that help the business thrive.

Main Activities:

·        Provide support to final users;

·        Integrate and monitor production system;

·        Enforce corporate policies and security guidelines;

Requirements:

·        Fluent English - Proficient User (B2-C1-C2)

·        Advanced PC operating skills;

·        Advanced Microsoft Office application skills;

·        Logical thinking and problem solving skills;

Personal Characteristics:

·        Available for team work.

·        Interested in learning.
