Internship - B2B Elite Sales Programme

Who is GlobalWorker?

GlobalWorker is company based in Timisoara, specialized in international recruitment and immigration services. With more than 600 clients and 4 years in the market we are experts in terms of global mobility and work-related immigration services in Romania.

What will your day look like?

· Selling and promoting nationwide our services and projects via phone and e-mail;

· Developing new business for our services by identifying and contacting potential clients;

· Communicating and building long term relationships with current or potential partners;

· Preparing and compiling customer feedback, internal reports

· Drafting presentations for projects and proposals;

· Participating in professional trainings and meetings with your colleagues from the Sales department;

What is expected from you?

· A minimum experience in B2B sales with proven records (sales in student organizations, or in areas of HR / advertising is a plus);

· A friendly and engaging personality;

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be, after all, the main promoter of our projects and services;

· English knowledge level – at least B2;

· Perseverance and resilience – you promote high quality services, it’s a matter of getting to the right people;

· Self-discipline, results-driven attitude and a high level of autonomy;

· Strong work ethic and high personal integrity;

· Good knowledge of computer operation – Excel beginner level (MS Office);

What else would you like to know?

· The job is on-site in our city center office in Timisoara;

· This is a 4 to 6 months INTERNSHIP within the sales department, with the possibility to extend to a full time job;

· Paid internship;
