Housekeeper – Luxury Private Residences

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to join one of the companies within our group, where we manage luxury apartments and provide high-end hospitality services.

You will work in a premium environment focused on exceptional attention to detail, comfort, discretion, and guest experience.

Location: Bucharest, city centre – Unirii area

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability when guests or events require it.

Responsibilities

* Cleaning and preparing bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, operational areas, and terraces according to high-quality housekeeping standards.

* Carrying out laundry and ironing duties as required.

* Assisting with food and beverage service when necessary, according to the schedule.

* Ensuring all storage areas are clean, organised, and fully stocked.

* Following all security procedures regarding keys, bedrooms, and guests’ personal belongings.

* Reporting any maintenance, health, or safety issues to the House Manager.

* Assisting with the training of new staff members when required.

* Performing deep-cleaning tasks, such as mattress turning, when necessary.

* Carrying out any other reasonable duties requested by the House Manager.

* Anticipating and responding proactively to the needs of the residence and its guests.

* Taking responsibility for personal performance and professional development.

* Contributing to the overall effectiveness and performance of the team.

* Consistently maintaining the standards expected for the role.

* Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised environment.

* Taking responsibility for understanding and delivering the required level of service.

* Proactively identifying ways to improve the guest experience.

* Using feedback to improve personal performance while encouraging feedback from others.

* Fully supporting all housekeeping initiatives.

* Completing and following all required training, including statutory training, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

* Following all processes and procedures associated with the role, ensuring full compliance.

* Identifying any barriers or challenges that may affect the ability to perform the role effectively.

* Keeping up to date with any relevant changes to procedures, policies, or requirements.

* Maintaining strict professional confidentiality regarding all activities taking place within the company and the residences.

* Carrying out any other duties assigned by the direct manager or senior management in support of the company’s short- and long-term objectives, within the applicable legal framework.

* Complying with internal regulations, applicable legislation, company policies and procedures, as well as all other rules, decisions, and instructions issued by the company’s management.

Requirements

Experience

* Proven experience in a similar role within a private residence, luxury property, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment is essential.

Knowledge & Skills

* Exceptional attention to detail.

* Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.

* Familiarity with high-end household appliances, technology systems, and luxury service standards is an advantage.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and staff from diverse backgrounds.

* Fluency in Romanian is required.

* Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Discretion & Professionalism

* Absolute discretion and a high level of professionalism are essential.

* Respect for privacy and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality are required.
