Finance Operation Specialist

We are looking for Permanent Finance Operations Specialist. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the efficient running of financial processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of tasks within the organisation's financial framework.  UK payroll experience is an advantage.

• Manage and support end-to-end financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when they arise

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Maintain accurate financial records and generate relevant reports as required

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

• Support audit preparations and provide necessary documentation

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within finance operations

• Proven experience in finance operations or a related role, ideally within a similar industry

• Strong understanding of financial processes, policies, and compliance standards

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Effective communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus

• Proficiency in relevant financial software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
