We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist at ALI Remote

ALI Remote is a fast-growing iPhone remote control platform used by 150+ marketing agencies worldwide to run Instagram, TikTok, and social media operations at scale.

What you'll do:

→ Handle client inquiries via inbox, email and our support channels

→ Troubleshoot technical issues with iPhones, accounts, and the ALI platform

→ Onboard new clients and guide them through their setup

→ Communicate complex issues to the technical team

→ Document recurring issues and help improve our knowledge base

→ Maintain high response times and client satisfaction

What we're looking for:

→ Strong written communication skills in English

→ Tech-savvy — comfortable with iPhones, apps and remote tools

→ Experience in customer support (1+ year preferred)

→ Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) is a big plus

→ Calm under pressure, solution-oriented mindset
