Customer Care (with English) remote for Iasi area

Successful Candidate Profile:

· Previous experience in phone-based roles (inbound customer service is ideal)

· Very good level of English (spoken and written)

· Experience using a CRM system

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Organised, with good attention to detail

· Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive, remote team

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound calls from contractors and assist with general queries around pay, onboarding progress, and account status

· Work with other departments (Onboarding, Payroll, Compliance) to resolve queries quickly

· Record all activity and outcomes in the CRM system

· Follow up with contractors where further documents or clarification is needed

· Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant team

· Maintain a professional and friendly tone in every interaction
