Who You Are:

• Whether you’re just starting out or have experience in customer care, we’re looking for:

• English speakers (B2–C1 level);

• Good communicators with a calm, solution-focused attitude;

• People who enjoy working in a team and learning new things.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that guides customers through their questions and concerns.

• Most of your work will involve inbound calls, with occasional follow-ups.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Answer customer calls and offer clear, helpful support;

• Solve problems and escalate when needed;

• Keep track of interactions using CRM tools;

• Collaborate with your team to improve the customer experience.
