CTO / Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node.js/React) – Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced CTO/ Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong leadership skills to take ownership of two key products currently in development:

• A dashboard for account and financial management.

• A virtual business cards platform, integrated via API with partners.

You will lead a team of 3 junior developers (1–2 years of experience) who have already contributed to building these platforms, but now need a strong technical leader to guide them, ensure quality, and drive the projects to their best version.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the ongoing projects and their technical direction.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3 junior developers.

• Contribute hands-on to both backend (Node.js, MongoDB) and frontend (React) development.

• Ensure high-quality code, perform code reviews, and resolve critical bugs.

• Propose innovative solutions to scale and improve both platforms.

• Collaborate with the CEO and product team on roadmap and new features.

• Provide input on UI/UX design and ensure user-friendly experiences.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of software development experience.

• Strong expertise in Node.js, React, MongoDB.

• Previous experience as a team leader / mentor.

• Experience designing scalable architectures and ensuring security best practices.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Bonus: experience or close collaboration with UI/UX design.

• Salary

  • Trial period (first 3 months): 8,000 RON net/month * negotiable

  • After 3 months: Salary review based on performance, integration, and contribution to the projects

  • 6–12 months: Further increases possible, directly tied to results, growth, and impact on the company’s success
