Coordonator transport Weekend in Ramnicu Valcea / Babeni

Due to increased workload, we are looking for a new Team Member.

Job requirements

·       English speaking, writing and understanding at a medium level (B2)

·       Customer service oriented, ability to write commercially but also to discuss with truck drivers calmly while focusing on the solution rather than the problem

·       Able to learn to use a Transport Management System (work web-based program)

·       Able to work weekends 10:00 to 19:00 (Saturdays and Sundays)

·       Good organiser, able to multitask and manage various information without mistakes

Job description

·       Take orders from clients, add them in the Transport Management System and inform drivers who are on duty about specific jobs

·       Inform clients about the status of the pick-ups and deliveries

·       Inform drivers about new jobs additions, reserve pickup appointments on specific websites

·       Find and reserve parking, book Viniette, ferry, etc.

·       Search for external trucks on Timocom/Teleroute when our fleet is not enough to cover available jobs.

·       Other ad hoc duties that may come up on a transport-based job.
