• Răspundeți la toate apelurile, e-mailurile și solicitările comune de asistență tehnică de nivel 1;

• Analizează problemele tehnice (analiza cauzelor principale) cu autoturismele și/sau, vehiculele ușoare de marfă (LGV) și/sau, vehiculele grele de marfă (HGV) de toate mărcile și oferă asistență tehnică clienților prin toate canalele de comunicare existente;

• Urmați instrucțiunile de lucru și procesele de escaladare definite pentru toate tipurile posibile de incidente;

• Urmăriți toate incidentele în sistemul nostru intern de gestionare a incidentelor;

• Mențineți comunicarea cu alte locații, departamente și colegi Bosch care sunt implicați în procesele de asistență;

• Introducerea datelor pentru FAQ și baza de date de cunoștințe;

• Stabilirea unor relații bune cu colegii și clienții pentru a realiza un flux corect de informații;

• Disponibilitatea de a lucra la birou și/sau la distanță, în funcție de nevoile de afaceri.

Calificări:

• Limbi străine:  Bulgară sau cehă/slovacă sau poloneză Nivel C1 necesar Abilități de comunicare orală și scrisă în limba engleză și română.

• Studii: Studii profesionale finalizate ca maistru mecanic, tehnician în mecatronică auto (mecanică și/sau electronică), tehnician în service auto sau un certificat echivalent din țară;

• Experiență și know-how:

• Minim 1-3 ani de experiență de lucru în ateliere cu autoturisme și/sau LGV/HGV;

• Un jucător de echipă care se concentrează 100% pe soluții de service;

• Sunt necesare abilități metodice de depanare;

• Cunoștințele de bază ale sistemelor IT ar constitui un avantaj;

• Experiența profesională într-o poziție de customer-facing ar fi un avantaj;

• Competențe transversale necesare:

• Orientare către client, capacitate de comunicare și comunicare profesională, capabil să lucreze bine în situații dificile.

Job Description

• Respond to all calls, emails, and common requests for technical 1st level support;

• Analyze technical problems (root cause analysis) with cars and/or, light goods vehicles (LGV) and/or, heavy goods vehicles (HGV) of all brands and provide technical assistance to customers by all existing communication channels;

• Follow defined work instructions and escalation processes for all possible types of incidents;

• Track all incidents in our internal incident management system;

• Maintain communication with other Bosch sites, departments, and colleagues who are engaged into the support processes;

• Input for FAQ and knowledge database;

• Establish good relationships with colleagues and customers in order to achieve a correct flow of information;

• Willingness to work in the office and/or remote according to business needs.

Qualifications

• Languages:  Bulgarian or Czech/Slovakian or Polish C1 level required

•  English and Romanian oral and written communication skills

• Education: Completed vocational education as a master mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician (mechanics and/or electronics), automotive service tech,nician or country equivalent certificate;

• Experience and know-how: Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in workshops with cars and/or LGV/HGV;

• A team player who is 100% servicsolutions-focusedocused;

• Methodical troubleshooting skills required;

• Basic knowledge of IT systems would be an advantage;

• Professional experiencecustomer-facingfacing position would be an advantage;

• Soft skills required: Customer orientation, professional communicaand ability, able to work well in difficult situations.
