About the Role

We are looking for passionate, client-focused Sales Advisors to join our teams in

Bucharest — at the Grand Hotel Marriott and Palatul Știrbei on Calea Victoriei.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be assigned to one of our boutique teams, thoughtfully

matched to your profile and strengths. In this role, you’ll offer each client a personalized

experience, build lasting relationships, and provide expert guidance tailored to their

needs.


Whether assisting with a meaningful purchase or a personal investment, your presence

will help shape refined, memorable experiences. You will also act as a true ambassador

of the maison you represent — embodying its values and delivering service with

elegance, precision, and care.




Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Proactively communicate with our clients, offering attentive and bespoke service

at every touchpoint

• Delivering an uncompromising luxurious experience for each and every client

• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the elegance and values of the brands

we carry, both in presentation and conduct

• Remaining up-to-date with product knowledge, collection launches, and brand

storytelling

• Operating in tools, ERP system and processing of online orders and deliveries,

maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment

• Various administrative tasks

• Contributing to the achievement of boutique KPIs through collaborative work and

service excellence

• Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining a refined in-store environment

Your Profile

• A minimum of 1-2 years strong sales experience, ideally within a luxury retail and

customer-focused environment

• Genuine interest in art of styling and fashion brands

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base and

collaborate with colleagues

• Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays and

weekends, evenings and holidays

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for customer care.
