Descriere
Responsibilities:
1.Organize various types of visa application materials in accordance with the requirements of embassies, consulates and the company
2. Provide applicants with intermediary services related to various types of visas
3. Collect and remit visa fees on behalf of embassies and consulates as required and return relevant documents to applicants on behalf of the embassies and consulates
4. Stay updated on visa information released by embassies and consulates and respond to applicant inquiries via phone, reception hall counter, consultation hotline and email, providing relevant assistance
5. Perform document sorting and archiving for all related tasks
6. Provide other necessary services to applicants as required by embassies and consulates
7.Complete other tasks assigned by the company management.
Requirements:
1. Valid driving license
2. Proficiency in English and Chinese (optional)
3. Bachelor's degree or above
4. Steady personality, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, diligent work attitude, and team spirit
5. Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills; prior experience in the service industry is preferred.
*The position is for a part time job, with schedule from 9:00 to 13:00.
