The rug is a family heirloom, decorated with a floral pattern, traditional for romanian pieces.
It is double sided, having the same design on both sides
It was handmade in the late 20th century
It is from the Oltenia region of Romania
It is in great condition, it's only flaws are the small portion on the edge where a couple o millimeters of warp are showing (visible in pictures) and there is a slight line of discoloration also visible in the pictures.
Otherwise the rug doesn't have any defects, you can see a few imperfections, consistant with handmade pieces
