The 6-inch Classic Round, a longtime Red Wing staple along with the moc-toe boot, features a rounded toe that Red Wing has used since the early 20th century. The ankle is made of a single piece of leather that wraps around both sides of the ankle, instead of the usual method of sewing two pieces of leather together at the calf, which gives a softer feel to the calf.

The sole is a traction tread sole that makes walking on any surface easier and less tiring.
