Scara blocului este curată și spațioasă, iar locurile de parcare sunt gratuite.

Zona este excelentă, aproape de autobuz, tramvai, malul Crișului, Lidl și Prima Shops.

Un loc călduros, care poate deveni, pentru o perioadă, acasă.

Vă aștept cu drag să îi treceți pragul pentru o vizită.

Situated on the 3rd floor out of 4, the space is welcoming and includes a large refrigerator, stove, washing machine, a 2-person sofa bed, and pretty much everything needed for a comfortable stay, with a view of the city, towards the Prima shops.

The building staircase is clean and spacious, and parking spots are free. The area is excellent, close to bus, tram, the banks of Crisul River, Lidl, and the Prima shops.

A warm place that can become a home for a while.
