Această casă din lemn și chirpici este situată în frumoasele dealuri ale Transilvaniei.

În acest loc, simți că te-ai întors în timp. Pe măsură ce conduci prin dealuri, treci pe lângă case vechi de lemn, vezi păstori cu oile lor și ești atent la caprele de pe drum. Ritmul încetinește și găsești liniștea. Împrejurimile sunt verzi și pline de viață; copaci, flori și animale abundă aici. Te afli chiar în mijlocul naturii.

Pe teren, nu vezi nimic altceva decât copaci și natură. Vecinii par departe și te simți regele pământului tău. În grădina permacultură, poți cultiva propriile legume și fructe. Dar există și mult spațiu pentru o pădure alimentară și creșterea animalelor. Datorită a două fântâni bune, există apă aici tot timpul anului, iar datorită conexiunii subterane la apă, poți folosi și apa din grădina de legume pe tot parcursul sezonului.

Terenul are o suprafață de aproape 5.000 m² și se află în întregime în limitele orașului. Cea mai mare parte a terenului este plată (cel puțin 3.500 m²), oferind posibilități pentru clădiri suplimentare, corturi sau alte activități turistice. Există diverși pomi fructiferi, cum ar fi pruni, meri, nuci și cireși. Puteți extinde acest teren după propriile dorințe; există mult spațiu!

Datorită unui drum recent asfaltat (2024), casa este ușor accesibilă pentru orice tip de mașină.

Puteți conduce pe teren până la ușă. De asemenea, puteți accesa ușor terenul cu o rulotă sau o mașină mare cu remorcă. Combinația dintre accesibilitate, spațiu și liniște face ca acest loc să fie perfect potrivit pentru reședință permanentă, camping sau casă de vacanță!

Pe teren există 3 clădiri: 1 casă cu etaj superior și verandă; 1 hambar cu o cameră suplimentară și depozit acoperit de lemne; și 1 mică anexă care oferă facilități de recreere.

Atât casa, cât și hambarul au un acoperiș Bilka nou și coșuri de fum renovate. Sistemul electric a fost, de asemenea, modernizat cu circuite mai mult decât suficiente. Internetul va fi modernizat în curând la fibră optică (instalația de internet a fost deja amplasată pe stradă).

Casa în sine este construită din materiale naturale și emană multă atmosferă. Are geamuri termopan parțiale sau geamuri termopan. Acest lucru este valabil atât pentru casă, cât și pentru anexă.

Dormitoarele și bucătăria-sufragerie sunt conectate printr-o verandă spațioasă de peste 20 m². Deoarece veranda este deschisă, sunteți în contact cu exteriorul pe tot parcursul anului. Puteți sta aici confortabil o mare parte a anului. Este un loc minunat pentru a vă trezi dimineața și a vă bucura de natura frumoasă.

Casa are un etaj suplimentar și conține o mansardă înaltă. Acest lucru face posibilă crearea de camere suplimentare. Baia spațioasă (5 m²) are duș cu boiler, chiuvetă și toaletă compost. Spațiul este luminos și aerisit. În anexă se află un șopron spațios care conține o cameră îngrijită de 20m² cu bucătărie proprie. În prezent, această cameră este folosită ca dormitor, dar ar putea servi și ca studio sau cameră de depozitare, de exemplu. Sunt disponibile conexiuni la electricitate și apă. Această cameră are și propria sobă.

Sub casă se află o pivniță spațioasă și răcoroasă. Există aici o conexiune la apă pentru o mașină de spălat.

Natural House in Transylvania

This wooden clay house stands in the beautiful hills of Transylvania.

In this place, you feel like you have stepped back in time. As you drive through the hills, you pass old wooden cottages, see shepherds with their sheep, and dodge goats on the road. The pace slows down, and you find peace. The surroundings are green and full of life; trees, flowers, and animals abound here. You are right in the middle of nature.

On the land, you see nothing but trees and nature. The neighbors seem far away, and you feel like the king of your land. In the permaculture garden, you can grow your own vegetables and fruit. But there is also plenty of room for a food forest and keeping animals. Thanks to the two good water wells, there is water here all year round.

The land is nearly 5,000 m² in surface area and is entirely intravillan. The majority of the land is flat offering possibilities for additional buildings, tents, or other tourist activities. There are various fruit trees, such as plums, apple trees, walnuts, and plum cherries. You can expand this further according to your own wishes; there is plenty of space!

Thanks to a recently asphalted road (2024), the house is easily accessible for any type of car.

You can drive onto the land right up to the door. You can also easily access the land with a camper or a large car with a trailer. The combination of accessibility, space, and tranquility makes this place perfectly suitable for permanent residence, a campsite, or as a holiday home!

There are 3 buildings on the land: 1 house with an upper floor and a veranda; 1 barn with an extra room and covered wood storage; and 1 small outbuilding offering recreational facilities.

Both the house and the barn have a new Bilka roof and renovated chimneys. The electrical system has also been updated with more than enough circuits. The internet will be upgraded to fiber optics very soon (the internet installation has already been placed in the street).

The house itself is built from natural materials and exudes a lot of atmosphere. It features partial double glazing or double windows. This applies to both the house and the outbuilding.

The 20m² eat-in kitchen offers views of the hills. In winter, this is a lovely warm spot, while in summer it offers coolness. The house has 2 bedrooms (20m² and 12m²), both of which also have their own stove.

The bedrooms and eat-in kitchen are connected by a spacious veranda of over 20m². Because the veranda is open, you are in contact with the outdoors all year round. You can sit here comfortably for large parts of the year. It is a lovely place to wake up in the morning and enjoy the beautiful nature.

The house has an extra floor and contains a high attic. This makes it possible to create additional rooms. The spacious bathroom (5m²) features a shower with a boiler, a sink, and a composting toilet. In the outbuilding, there is a spacious shed containing a neat 20m² room with its own kitchen. Currently, this room is used as a bedroom, but it could also serve as a studio or storage room, for example. Electricity and water connections are available.

Below the house, there is a spacious, cool cellar. There is a water connection for a washing machine here.

For a quick errand, Brad is located 20 minutes north of Pestera.
