Cateva cuvinte despre obiectiv:

Este un obiectiv foarte bun si foarte sharp, care reprezinta un mic upgrade fata de clasicul 18-55mm, prin incorporarea tehnologiei de reducere a vibratiilor si a motorului de focalizare STM. Se pot folosi astfel setari mai permisive la ISO sau timp de expunere, fara a avea imagini tremurate

Ideal pentru un obiectiv micut si usor, all around.

In ciuda dimensiunilor sale, incorproreaza totusi niste tehnologii optice de ultima generatie:

- 13 elemente optice in 11 grupuri
- 1 element UD (Sticla Ultra Low Dispersion - reduce aberatiile cromatice si vignetarea pe colturi)
- 1 element Asferic (elementele asferice elimina aberatiile sferice si cromatice si alte tipuri de aberatii optice)
- Motor de focus STM - Stepping Motor (motor secvential), care permite obiectivului sa focalizeze lin si silentios, util mai ales in cazul videografilor.
