SFAT UTIL: Incaltamintea de munte trebuie sa fie cu minim o jumatate de numar mai mare decat marimea purtata in mod obisnuit la pantofi. Motivul: in timpul mersului picioarele se pot umfla usor si daca bocancii sunt marime fixa, atunci in mod sigur apare un grad de disconfort si chiar basici (la aceasta adăugându-se problemele la coborâre).
