Пропоную двокімнатну квартиру для проживання по програмі 50-20. Поруч знаходяться супермаркети Кауфланд, Анабелла, Діана та багато інших. Зупинка прямо перед кварталом. На одному кінці вулиці (400 м) розташована окружна лікарня швидкої допомоги, а на іншому кінці – залізнична станція Nord (350 м). Відразу за кварталом великий дитячий майданчик. Крім того, через дорогу є школа і ще одна максимум за 350 метрів.
Квартира знаходиться на першому поверсі блоку. Складається з 2 окремих кімнат, санвузла, кухні та холу. У кожній кімнаті є подружнє ліжко, шафи, комод, LED TV.
Кухня була мебльована минулого місяця. Придбано нову техніку (духовка, плита, пральна машина, холодильник, мийка).
Квартира готова до заселення, укомплектована всім необхідним (постільна білизна, рушники, посуд, праска, пилосос і абсолютно все).
Навколо кварталу паркінги. Парковка за кварталом дуже велика.

I offer a two-room apartment for accommodation through the 50-20 program. In the vicinity are the supermarkets Kaufland, Anabella, Diana and many others. The bus stop is right in front of the block. At one end of the street (400m) is the County Emergency Hospital, and at the other end is the Nord railway station (350m). Right behind the block there is a large playground for children. Also, there is a school across the street and another one a maximum of 350 meters away.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the block. It consists of 2 separate rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a hall. Each room has a matrimonial bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, LED TV.
The kitchen was furnished last month. New appliances were purchased (oven, stove, washing machine, refrigerator, sink).
The apartment is ready for you to move in, being equipped with everything you need (bed linen, towels, dishes, iron, vacuum cleaner and absolutely everything).
The block is surrounded by parking lots. The parking lot behind the block is very large.

Ofer apartament cu doua camere pentru cazare prin programul 50-20. În apropiere se află supermarketurile Kaufland, Anabella, Diana și multe altele. Stația de autobuz este chiar în fața blocului. La un capăt al străzii (400m) se află Spitalul Județean de Urgență, iar la celălalt capăt se află Gara Nord (350m). Chiar în spatele blocului se află un loc mare de joacă pentru copii. De asemenea, peste drum se află o școală și alta la maximum 350 de metri.
Apartamentul se afla la parterul blocului. Este compus din 2 camere separate, o baie, o bucatarie si un hol. Fiecare camera are pat matrimonial, dulapuri, comoda, TV LED.
Bucataria a fost remobilata luna trecuta. S-au achiziționat electrocasnice noi (cuptor, aragaz, mașină de spălat, frigider, chiuvetă).
Apartamentul este pregatit sa va mutati, fiind dotat cu tot ce aveti nevoie (lenjerie de pat, prosoape, vase, fier de calcat, aspirator, absolut tot ce este necesar).
Blocul este inconjurat de parcari. Parcarea din spatele blocului este foarte mare.
