Proprietar persoană fizica, închiriem200+300ha teren extravilan la UIVAR Județ Timiș, un bloc întreg comasat. Pret 2500 euro/ha anual +TVA daca guvernul va aplica TVA. Daca se opteaza combinat parc fotovoltaic si eoliene pretul creste la 2800€/ha anual. Discutiile se poarta cu doi prioritari. Semnam doar contract de superficie. NU VINDEM și nu ne asociem. Raspund la mesajele prin wathapp sau direct la nr de tel afisat in anunt. Nu deținem ATR.
